Business Analyst
This major insurance company based in Tokyo require a hands-on Business Analyst to join its global, dynamic business. You will be based in the Solution Delivery Division and focusing on planning and executing application software changes. Due to team growth, they are looking for a business analyst to join the team.
Your new role
- Collaborate with business end users and collect and analyze business requirements, including gap analysis through cooperation and communication
- Support the preparation of requirements definition documents based on the business requirements and analysis according to our clients’ internal processes
- Support Customer Interface acquisition interface design (document and data) based on the requirements definition
What you will need to success:
- 2-4+ years of business analysis experience in the insurance industry.
- Understanding of the project management process would be very helpful
- Strong cost management skills and the ability to develop a business case from technical requirements.
