Application Support Engineer
This organization is a market leading investment bank. Due to team growth and further expansion, a role has been created for an Application Support Engineer.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing business continuity within a financial environment. As an escalation point, you will work to resolve production incidents quickly. Communicating with business users directly, you will have skills in English and preferably Japanese, although not essential.
What you will need to succeed
- Experience in full SDLC with technical delivery, a self-starter with the ability to work in a team. You will pursue well written code under minimum supervision. Good understanding of .Net/C#. Shell scripting experience, working knowledge of Oracle DBMS, PL SQL & deployment tools.
- Finance knowledge
- English – Fluency, with Japanese ability preferred.
